Indoor private training is designed for players who want focused, high-quality skill development in a controlled gym setting.
Sessions are available for individual players or small groups of up to 3 players max, allowing each athlete to receive personal attention, detailed coaching, and plenty of repetitions throughout the workout.
Training sessions may focus on ball handling, shooting, footwork, finishing, decision-making, defense, conditioning, and overall player development based on each athlete’s skill level and goals.
